Is there an upfront fee?
No. There is no separate upfront fee for designing or building your website. You only pay the monthly fee.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term commitment. The service continues on a month-to-month basis, with a one-month billing period. You can cancel the service whenever you need to.

What kind of websites are included?
The service includes a clear, professional website tailored to your business needs. Your website can include, for example, information about your business, services, pricing, contact details, opening hours, a map, photo gallery, customer reviews, and a link to your booking system.
The website structure is designed based on your business needs. Typically, a website consists of a homepage and a few clearly structured subpages. The website can include up to 10 individual pages in total.
Our service is designed primarily for standard small business websites. Before starting a project, we review your requirements to make sure the website can be built within our service. Websites requiring advanced or highly customized functionality may not be suitable for this service.
Larger websites or additional requirements can be agreed upon separately.
Is a domain name included in the monthly fee?
Yes. The service includes one domain name for your business website (.co.ke or .com).
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes. If you already have your own domain name, it can usually be connected to your new website. If needed, we can also help you get a new domain name.
Can I connect a booking system to my website?
Yes. We can add a clear link to the booking service you already use. Depending on the booking service, the booking calendar may also be embedded directly into your website, allowing customers to make a booking without leaving the site.
The booking service itself and any fees charged by the booking provider are not included in the website service's monthly fee.
Can I sell products on my website?
The service is primarily designed for business websites rather than large online stores. However, your website can showcase products or gift cards and include links to an external online store or payment service.
Who writes the website content?
You can send us finished text or simply provide the basic information about your business and services. If needed, we can turn the information you provide into clear, website-friendly content.
Who provides the images?
You can send us your own photos, logo, and other materials. If you don't have everything ready, we can also design the website using the materials that are available.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Your website will be designed to work on computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
Will my website appear on Google and ChatGPT?
We set up the website with the essential settings for search engine and AI visibility. The website's structure, headings, descriptions, and content are designed to make it as easy as possible for search engines and AI services to find and understand the services your business offers.

Can I request changes to my website later?

Larger redesigns or completely new features can be agreed and priced separately if needed.

When the service ends, website hosting and publication will end in accordance with the terms and conditions. The transfer of the domain name can be agreed separately.
